finally installed the Full circle crank,i started from a stock Zh1 case shaved the case for clearence and cleaned up the casting boogers, installed The bigbore kit in conjunction with the FCC,my piston Was indexed..ported the exaust by raising the roof 3mm lowering it 1mm and widening it to 31mm polished the exaust and piston to a mirror finish.also ground down the Woodruff Key to clear the seal.if not done it will destroy your seal, and leak oil inside the flywheel area..also did a light port on the reedcage and added a set of NW minimoto CF reeds.to combat vibration i did the flywheel mod by measuring out 5 cm from the point near the magnet and cut that chunk out of the flywheel.it took 2 basegaskets to make the piston clear the head. (approx .3 squish).after getting it all together i added my ip2 pipe and let her rip.have not taken it all the way up ,but when u goose the torottle it has allot more pulling power.midrange also.seems to get on the pipe faster and actually pulls you up hills easier i dont know how the top end is yet as i only had enough room to just hit the power band then had to stop.but when the thing hits the power band it HITS sounded like one ****ed off chainsaw and actually made me say holy ****.tomarrow i am going to put a new plug in and tune the adjustable jet.then hopefully ill have some Speed results with stock gearing verified by a radar gun, then im going to get a speed useing my 54 tooth rear.overall from the little taste i had earlier this is definatly a worth while mod!! EDIT:also when after doing the flywheel mod i have Very little vibration its not bad at all, actually very smooth running.

I was of the understanding that you couldn't use an indexed piston with the fcs crank unless you lowered your intake ports by filling the tops with epoxy. Go figure
ill be getting my aluminum starter prawl this week so ill snap some photos of my flywheel then, this thing has so much compression i broke my starter prawl the first couple times i used it,where before i did the FCC i never had snapped a starter prawl.the vibration is not bad at all,i jus cut the chunk out of the flywheel i did not drill the 2 holes bigger, and it seemed to work great,i actually have less vibration than i did with the stock bottom end and the bigbore..ive read allot about how your not suppose to have the piston indexed but mine seems to run great with an indexed piston..im going to take it out for some top speed runs in a little bit so ill report back with how he goes..

for sure....when i get together with Vtecsds1 ill have some verified speeds from his radar gun. hopefully this week sometime .today turned out not to be a good day ..
[ok well after some careful tuneing ,new CJ7y Plug ,i finally got this moter to sing,Drilled out the main jet to a 80 was running lean with the adjustable jet kit.with stock gearing if you crack the throttle at 10 mph it will Wheelie no prob im 160 lbs.i would say it has about 2-3 times the torque of a stock moter.the real test is going up hill,i did this againt a pretty stock cag,it has an airfilter, and adjustable ket kit,we both started and i instantly was pulling hard on him going up hill .some of you complain of loss of low end torque with the ip2 pipe well that it cured times 2 with this FCC it rides like it has a stock pipe,as it gets on the pipe very fast and is pretty violent in the way it pulls, idle is great, very little vibration.below is a complete mods list to those who are interested .tomarrow VtecsDS1 and i are going to get some radar speeds finally.ill be radaring with stock gearing and with a 54tooth rear sprocket.ill be reporting back tomarrow night with my results and mabie he can give a lil review of what he thinks.
Bigbore kit
Polished,Indexed piston(2 Rings)
Full Circle crank
Polished case
Ported Cylender (widened to 31mm,took 1mm off the bottom and 2mm off the top)
Squish set to .3
IP2 adjustable jetkit (Mainjet drilled to a 80)
Modified IP2 Race Pipe
Triple taper needle
20mm Taper bored carb
Ported intake manifold
Ported reedcage/NW Minimoto CF Reeds
Lightened and Balenced Flywheel.
Champion CJ7Y Sparkplug at .30 Gap (Indexed sparkplug)
100 Octane Racing fuel
That list of mods is exactly like mine. You'll be happy with the results, no doubt.

What sprocket setups have you run,and how was the accleration with them?im gonna try out my 54 tooth i think it should have no problem accelerating with a small gear sure has the torque to get it going.
I've tried it with a 7 front. Pulls it ok. A lot better than my regular 4 port and no FCS. I'd stick with the 6/68. Going to a 54 is really small. Might not have enough juice to pull that.
