Angry New bike troubles

Hey
I just got my bike, and I dont think its sounding right. ALso when I release the brakes the rear wheel spins. I tighten where the throttle cable goes into the carb, and made sure the cable was tight on the throttle end, and it seemed to help a bit, but not much. Heres a vid of it in action: (right click and save target)

sounds to me like you need to adjust the idle screw. It seems to be idling high.

that means the idle is to low now, or at least sounds like it. Try turning it up more.

put the bike up on a stand and put in the idle screw slowly until the wheel starts to spin then back it up about a quarter turn

Did you clean out the gas tank b4 you filled it up? Sounds like your carb is clogged and is fighting for gas to stay running...

Well man you need to disassemble and find the problem. On these bikes theres not much it could be. Go over everything on the bike and check for debris.
