We need more info on your parts I just shipped all of the parts you have and more to canada. You will have a hard time getting bottom end power with a IP2 pipe thats a sure thing. But once your on that pipe the bike will go like a rocket. What is the bore on the carb what type of reeds do you have. Do you have a stroker plate to put under the barrel to set the squish right with the fcc.

You should start with a 70 jet in the bored cag carb that should get you close, use a ngk plug and check it after a good hard run for color. I own Precision Cycle Works in Flordia the parts were shipped thru Nicco trading co. Good luck with your project {I wound up making my own pipe to get the bottom end power I wanted with the same combo you are putting togeather] The bike gets on the pipe almost from a stop and excelerates hard all the way to 44 mph with 7/68 gears. This combo could pull a 8 pinion with no problem. But the bike comes out of the turns really hard and that is how I like it.

The adj kit has a 70 jet if you use that kit use the triple taper needle with it. There are some great write ups about mods for the stock pipe on this forum. The one thing I can tell you is for torke you need a small pipe from the engine to the chamber like the stock pipe has. This will bring the bottom end power back. Where we race there is only one long straight and I am wound tight just when I have to get back off to brake. The fat pipes work great for top end if thats what your looking for.
