well i will take some pics of mine but im not sure of the reaction it will get i like it (: i wanted to go with a buell look because they just look sick to me but if you guys would like to see pics just ask.. i have lightend my piston and flywheel... i ported the carb, removed the cylinder gasket and and yea you get the picture im a cheap guy (: i done all my mods including my exhaust.. it runs under the motor mount with a dump tip not really an expansion chamber.. i like the strait pipe

how exactly did you lighten your piston

Ok...

First of i hope you didnt remowe any metal from the "crown" of the piston!
Taking some of the skirt is ok i guess.

And secondly the straignt pipe is a bad idea!
1# You will probably fry your piston
2# Your engine will probably get HOT FAST
3# It will only add sound and probably make it slower!

i used a dremel to lighten the piston by removing some of the skirt and shaved the insides down (: and the strait pipe is not exactly strait i guess i should correct myself on that becuase in the center of the dump tip i have a washer welded in it so the tip is acting as an expansion chamber so no worries i guess i think 6 inches of pipe that is 2 inches in diameter is plenty for that, and what i was getting at when i said strait is that i like it to appear that way (:

here's my cag.not to many mods yet but still fun as hell to ride.

my latest $60 special. Craigslist basket case. just had to reassemble it and paint it. it's faster than my L7 which has a modded pipe, racing clutch springs, DDM air filter and is jetted and it's bone stock, not even an open air filter.
