im getting some new parts dell rep f/g reeds 74t sprocket fatboy pipe new clutch bells i broke both of mine trying to change bearings so im tuning motors in the mini quad
well those guys that are going to be racing polinis told me october 6,13 and november 6 are track days in marshalltown i'll need to get a hold of them to confirm that but i'm down! even if it's a day of parking lot racing i know a good spot in aims.
yah they said jet rich because you run wot like more then half the track and they're running polini 40cc 3 port watercooled! wonder how my banshee will hang but i'm bringing my cag because i haven't worked all the problems out of the banshee and don't expect it to be running for long. plus my cag is just alot more fun for some reason maybe because i could keep it wot without worrying if i'm going to eat 5hit.
Here she is. My only mods so far have been a fiber reed, cone filter w/ stack, replaced fuel line and cut-off valve, ddm starter case, home-made fuel tank breather tube, and body coated in paintable pickup bed liner. Yeah, that last one is a bit different but it's durable stuff and ultra grippy to keep my behind firmly planted.
ok so im looking to buy a cag but i want a quick bike and i dont wanna just go out and buy a quick one i want to build it so i was thinking of buying a cag and putting a whole new motor in it and upgrade everything, is a cag a decent frame and sturdy bike to do this with, also how is it out of the box cause i dont have the money to do all of that right now so ill ride it stock and slowing change things is that smart or should i go wiht a different bike?
I threw a 9 pinion on mine one weekend and got to 65km/h with really bad carb settings.
Right now I'm running 6:78. It sucks for top speed but its perfect for wheelies (video link in my sig if u wanna check it out) and keep in mind that all the footage in that video was taken on the first two days after the bike was re-assembled. Since then I've also learned combo and highchair wheelies. My longest wheelie so far was 1450 feet (more than a quarter mile) and none of that cheap foot dragging.
It's krylon special purpose fluorescent yellow orange. I think I'm gonna add some black in the scheme with a stripe or something to make it look a little more interesting.
