I made the pipe, that one is a near clone of a polini 6.2 but I now have a super fat pipe (92mm vs 80mm) that has better throttle responce and topend then that pipe.

hey mini R1, I was planning on painting my frame black as well like ythe new R1, never had seen it before, what kind of paint did you use. mine is gonna look alot different than yamahas though since I got gloss black enamel, did you just use a regular can of flat black to get that look

I used Rustnoleum(spelling) high temp flat black spray paint, thats all.

There are some nice Cags over here


Here is mine. Engine is allmost stock, only an airfilter and ported carb.
Painted in car color, seat in cars interior color. And many polished parts.
i have a 6.2 pipe over here, but i have to find some time get it welded...

Both of mine.

Red one with 929RR stickers. Not as nice as Snowboardgeek1, but hey when you have the real thing also it doesn't matter too much.

hey vision, hows yours being shipped? dont get too excited to have it tomorrow, mines getting here today and its already 6:30 PM and its not here yet, I called and was told Id have it by 9:30, so basically Ill be riding it tomorrow. FedEx sucks
