problem with my brand new pocket bike please read...

i put around 600ml of fuel in my bike 25:1 started it but it only runs with the choke turned on whats going on?

Sounds like a clogged jet, or the low speed needle is adjusted in all the way.

the bike is brand new just got it home, its a cateye any idea on how many turns the screws should be turned out?

one and a half turns out from seated is a good start.
