If you think it is the clutch, maybe you have a broken spring in the clutch. If it is a clutch spring broken and the bike is on the stand and running, the back wheel will turn continuously, even at idle speed because the clutch is partly engaging. If the back wheel doesn't turn when idling on stand, then it isnt the clutch. As for the chain, loosen the bolt on the back wheel and adjust the tensioners until you have about 10mm play in chain. Then tighten back bolt back up and do up tensioners after tightening rear bolt. Also lube well. As for the being hard to start, there are many possibilities from oil mix, spark plug and gap, flooding. These are things you will have to eliminate one by one. Regards |
