Project Cag Preview for ADA Racing

Here's a preview of ADA Racing's pipe review for Project Cag.

Packaging...very well put together. The packaging was perfect, as well as customer service has been awesome. These guys definitely are professional and are an asset to the PBP community.

My first impressions of the pipe...WOW. This pipe is niiiiiice. Very clean welds all around, solid chrome pipe, just beautiful. The header measures approx. 1.5 inches diameter vs the stock 1" header diameter. The pipe is also larger by at least 0.3 inches more than stock at the beginning and end of the divergent and convergent cones. Belly diameter is fairly the same for both the stock and ADA Racing exhaust, but the ADA Racing's exhaust belly is extended about 1.5X the length of the stock belly. This will sure add to some great performance numbers up top for the cag.

Performance numbers will come with the full review. Keep your eyes peeled to the Project Cag forum, as this will surely be a review you don't want to miss.

Thanks go out to Brooks. He's been amazing through all of this.

-Eric

Anyone have a chance to run it against the IP2 or jetpro pipes yet?

I should have my review up today or tomorrow...most likely today.

I did run it against an IP2 pipe. I had the IP2 pipe on my bb kit bike. I installed the ADA pipe, and.........

You'll have to wait for the review

Read the review first and then make your comments.

Also, look at the pics again. You can see the difference in size.

If ADA is willing to send me one, I'll definitely test it out for them. The ADA Race pipe review has been submitted. Waiting for it to be posted up. Hopefully either today or tomorrow.

Glad to hear it.

I even think its better than my ol polini 911 pipe fitted on my cag. And even better than IP2's pipe...but only for moderate modification. If you have a full circle crank and extreme porting, the IP2 would be better for more top end speed.

But overall, the ADA pipe is the best pipe i've ever tested. And everyone that I know who has one, loves it.

I have the first generation IP2 pipe, which is what I compared the ADA pipe to.
