stock pipe broke

ok dudes my stock pipe broke in three places and now its just the expansion chamber it has no backpressure what will the difference be?

do you mean the silencer fell off b/c all of the stock cag pipes most likely have to silencer fall off, its ok to run the bike like that its just gonna be a lot louder

3 places? do you have any pipe left lol??? now would be a good time to make the stock pipe mod & weld it all back together.... it will run fine without the silencer, mine broke off the 1st couple days and i rode it like that for months, a little loud but oh well...

i was lucky I had a cag this past summer, my silencer must have had good welds or somthing mine never came off nor came loose, my friends did however befor he got his z-1. :]

yea those pipes have the worst welds for the silencer i think there is like one little tach weld that holds its the most mine broke like the first week like cagaroni said

mine welds never broke my silencer never came off.. I still got my stock pipe it looks new and i had it on for awhile too in the summer time but i dont have it on no more its just sitting in my Garge well the weld that holds it to the frame broke but i have the piece and u can get it welded back for free..

my advice is to replace it as it will cause your bike to run sluggish and it will be lOUDER then heck..

i would do the stock pipe mod. My silencer also came off too so i would do the mod becasue it is SO LOUD without a pipe.

wow my pipe broke too theese bikes really are cheap.
