Hi All,
I got my removeable swingarm (aka Lucky 7) cag today and I've got to let everyone know......THESE THINGS ARE VERY HIGH QUALITY!!!

If your thinking of getting a new a/c cag be sure to look into these. I paid $250 shipped.....$80 less than I paid for my Daytona/ZR style cag that I recently sold (we all know prices are dropping) and wasn't impressed with the quality.
Some of the quality points--
1. The Frame- trellis style with aluminum covers,NOT chromed plastic. Welds are very smooth and the paint(probobly powder coat) is excellent. Full four bolt motor plate, not a slant cut three bolt. Bolted on upper motor mount, not the breakage prone welded one. The rear section extends nearly to the back of the faring. There's even a ring welded on the inner side for the cables (throttle and rear brake) to pass through. Rubber steering stops on the forward part of the frame.
2. The Swingarm- obviously removeable which makes removing the carb easier because you don't have to mess with tension adjustment or those pesky wheel spacers and rear brake alignment. The axle adjusters are set inside the swingarm with exterior nut adjusments, heck there were even rubber caps on the end of the adjuster studs.
3. Front Forks- larger OD tubes with cast lower sections and bolt on brake bracket. It will be much easier to add a dual brake setup to this bike because you can just bolt another bracket on instead of having to weld a tab, the bolts and nuts are already there. The triple clamps have a better finish quality, very smooth and polished. There's tabs welded on the forks for the front fender to mount to with two screws on each side instead of the single screw that just goes in a hole in the fork.
4. Misc. Goodies- Manual says real OEM Mitsubitshi engine and it looks to have better finish quality(castings, gearbox, air filter housing) than my last cag. The rear brake is a one piece casting similar to the fronts instead of the two piece bolt together design that is prone to spreading. The wheel castings are smoother with virtually no excess flash and the lips are polished very nicely, no nicks or gouges. The gas cap has a good sealing setup with the plastic nipple sticking down, there's even a piece of foam inside to ensure no gas splashes out. Higher quality fuel line, no springs yet no kinks. The fastners are harder, I didn't strip a one while going over the bike. The tool kit comes with a brass extension to make it easier to inflate/deflate the tires and a one piece plug wrench with the phillips driver on the handle. The body plastic is thicker with better paint quality. The foot pegs are made of a harder material not the soft rubber that easily cracks and splits. The chain guards (front and sharkfin rear) are thick die cut aluminum, not thin chromed steel.
The only negative I found over my last bike are the wheel bearings. They are metal shielded instead of rubber sealed.
I hope this helps those of you who are looking for a new bike and having a hard time deciding based on pictures. This is the best cag for your money..........and NO I don't sell them, I'm just a fellow enthusiast.
