is torker pipe SS?

is the torker pipe stainless steel? i just noticed it is non magnetic so im guessing it's stainless steel cause i doubt its titanium lol..the stamping says too-u 7022403888 but i dont recognize the identification with any metal.. i am going to have to weld the seam that i ground down on it by mistake so i need to know the metal, it didn't turn black where i ground it which is what's throwing me off .

on another note, i noticed the pacsales pipe is basically chrome plated steel which has magnetic properties..i guess the torker is actually a better quality pipe although it may not have as good a design for performance..
