Exclamation Urgent Pocket Bike Problem!!!

hey , my bike will not movie its making this really wierd niose everytime i move it back or forward. Now if i try to start it i pull my pullstart and the pocket bike moves forward and makes this strange noise. PLEASE HELP!!!!!! thank u

It sounds like a clutch spring or something in that area, pop the cover off and see if it looks ok.
