That right! I tried 5 port heads and they didn't work as good as the large 3 port design because it ruined the swirl charge in the combustion chamber.

Yes, I have a mill and a lathe. Thanks for the complement! I try to offer you guys a quality power making solution to the china stuff with out breaking the bank. Best of all the stuff really works well!
About the carb, The swirl pattern helps keep the air/fuel/oil mixed before it enters the engine case. With a 2 stroke engine you want the fuel mixture to be constantly tumbling.

Re: Warning Yj Bbk Kit Hkmotos

yea, i like to do cheap or free stuff
i made a custom chrome clutch cover with engraving on the bell and i engraved my own seat...
oh ok that explains it...that really is a good inovation on the flywheel...doesnt sacrifice cooling as much as cutting down fins and has that nice "tuner" look to it and is still lightweight!
if you want to go all out...go buy a CNC machine lol about 1 million dollars hahaha you can make whole bikes with 1 of those

haha yea, with these tiny engines ALL the difference is that little stuff.

You can rest assured, just about any Chinese parts for these bikes if of questionable quality. If you want bolt on performance get an Italian bike. That said, the bolt on performance head kit on my Italian bike probably cost as much as your entire bike....

I have 2 versions of that head kit you bought. The earlier 15:1 version and the one now 17:1. I prefer the 15:1 better because its easier to get the squish right and have the spark plug seat correctly. Also the 15:1 version has 2 instead of 3 boost ports so the swirl isn't as disturbed. That said with some milling the 17:1 works well. With any of these head kits you need measure and inspect because no 2 of these engines are alike. 30 minutes with a dremel and 15 minutes at a machine shop and it will run very well.

Also no Chinese pocket bike bore has ever had nikasil lining. They all have chrome plated lining with honing, including both HKmotos ones I assembled.
Bang for Buck its really hard to beat them. Those jugs that Boosted306 sells look to be sharp as well.

Good luck, ride hard!
