31 on a cag. But i think the cheap bike computer is acting up. because i feel like getting even more speed after reaching 31 but the numbers don't turn. Maybe i'll have to see into other ways if fixing the magnet. http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/3...gnetlx0.th.jpg
well Im new to the forum, found it after I bought a cat eye and wasnt long before I realized I knew shight about them. This forum has really helped me out, some really savy dudes here. Anyways it has a after market pipe that previous owner installed but other than the walbro carb - v stack - hp air filter, good gas( i think around 30;1) I can get it up to 35- 36 mph. Im 260 lbs, but my 7 year old can get it to about 40 ( w/ full protection ) will try the gps tip and post results,,,,,,,,,,,
for a stock china cag 30 is about max for a light person, my bud ran my bike beside his rents down to the end of the S****t he was doing around 27mph and hes less then 150lb, so with my big arse215lb i'd say im pushing 20-23 im thinking my clutch is wore out because my bike runs like a turtle about 50 feet and it gets going faster than walking speed.
your hitting 42 mph with 6/68 gearing kifaru, I doubt that with your mods, thats like hitting 14500 RPMS WITH LOAD, Thats AMAZING, I doubt any cag can do that!
John
hey im wondering if i want top end speed, i dont want to talk about mods just top end speed, i get a high pinion, a a low rear sprocket like 7,55 or 6,47 just want to know if thats how the top end speed works,or if is the other way around
35 mph on a radar gun. I was not tucked down as I was holding the radar gun shooting stationary objects. I weigh in at 220lbs.
Mods:
ported with a boost port and window port on the piston
ported crank case
match ported exhaust (stock pipe)
44mm big bore
fiber glass reeds with stock backer
ported stock carb w/ 72 jet
I even ported out the plastic piece that goes to the reeds.
64 tooth rear sprocket
Stock front sprocket
How fast can a stock x18 nitro go? im getting one from usapocketrockets or minipocketrockets ordered tons of bikes from both places and are reliable for me at least.
just wondering the top speed of a stock x18 and stock x19
All You need to know about the x18...you should get yours at rocketpocketbikes.com
If you are looking for the fastest production super bike, the X18-RNitro ( Race Edition) is it! Powered by a newly retuned and tweaked Honda®-Based 110cc 4-Stroke Engine, this super bike can reach stratospheric RPMs in only a few ticks. The needle sweeps the 70+ mph top speed quicker than any other super pocket bike available. A Race-calibrated carburetor and max air velocity intake system ensures that the X18-R will be the dominant force to be reckoned with wherever you go.
The X18-R's frame and sub-frame was designed from scratch using the latest CAD systems. It's slippery profile produces one of the lowest drag for the best in aerodynamics and stability. Partner that with the Race-prepped suspension system (infinitely adjustable) and you get one of the most stable super pocket bikes in the high-speed sweepers and in the tightest of corners.
Front and rear hydraulic brakes and Racing calipers stop the X18-R in record braking distances. Grab the left hand lever to feel the difference a Racing clutch makes. Mated to a 4-speed Sequential Manual Gearbox (gear selection digitally displayed on dash), upshifts and downshifts happen in mere milliseconds. Acceleration is strong in any gear because of the X18-R's revised torque curve, which provides maximum power even at lower RPMs. The large diameter free-flow exhaust screams a melodious note at wide-open throttle while staying relatively quiet at idle and low revs.
Every option has been included with the X18-R. A full array of gauges on the backlit dash relay information to the rider including speed, current voltage level, warning lights and an LCD digital display of the current gear selection. The electric start button, Quartz headlight, signal, tail and brake lights are all ergonomically located at your fingertips. All ACC items are fuse protected, key activated (anti-theft) and charged via the ZR motorcycle alternator. The non-slip leatherette seat and fully adjustable controls (handlebars, brakes, levers, suspension, tire pressure, etc.) guarantees a customized fit for any rider.
The X18-R (Race Edition) Nitro Super Bike comes fully assembled and ready to ride. All upgrades and performance parts are OEM factory installed and tuned for maximum gains and reliability. With numerous Race-prepared modifications performed to the engine and powertrain, the X18-R outpowers all other super bikes at the strip! Its a great bike i had mines for 3 years now and still runs great

hahaha...Its great that you have the bike and like it, but for the love of god plz dont link a website information on a bike there selling because its total crap. 70+ mph ..i think not! hahah
ok i'm 33 year's old and i own a bis too
you can log on my web sight "all things digital .com"
anyway this type of tread is not new and if you read some you know what i'm talking about
i'v been part of this forum for a while and iv heard everything from cow to bull
and everything in between
guy's like you you find very little
back to the tread i hit mid 40's with my lucky 7 and i sold that bike and the guy
who bought it from me crash it and did'nt look too good afterward too
but hey i told him that bike goes fast he said "how fast" i told him mid 40
he laugh and said "that it " after that he said notting but"i want my mome"
because he lost control at 40+ mph road rash really hurt's
40 m.p.h doesnt hurt when you fall of a pocketbike, however it does hurt when your going 80 on a gixer 600
Well I dont have my cateye engine swap done yet and never had a PB other than it but hope to get 70mph out of it.
I did put a 6.5 clone engine in a 26" mountain bike though. It does 65mph @ about 6,000 or so rpm. I still ride it.
My drag racing lawn mower hit 60 top speed. It would reach it @ about 150 feet. I still have it but its retired in the bushes LOL!
