Well my bike is stock and I got it to hit 68 mph with my friends lifted truck, I hear those are 1000% accurate...But Then I went to the real speedos on the road, police radars, and it said 29 mph...I think its messed up or not accurate since I went 68 mph with my friends truck so im saying my bike did 68, STOCK too....

I running a 7/60 and heavy mods don't have any way at the moment to clock it but looking at the engine charts that I've used 46-50 looks quite possible.

The banshee is a watercooled replica, I clocked mine yesterday and it went 50 mph on the straight away, it is the best made replica, arguably, of coarse they start as low as 540.00 and go as high as 699.00 thats without shipping if you have the means, buy one or wait for some of the newer replicas they all come out of China. Damian at Xp bikes seems to have an in with the makers.

added to my previous mod, 44mph top speed (clocked beside radar thing), i never new rpms had anything to do with top speed , i thought they had to do with acceleration

a lot of this stuff is hard to believe.. doesnt it take more work than pipe and air filter to go above 40mph? that's a big speed, 40mph.

the only way I see it happening is with taller gearing which would kill your low end

The most accurate way to clock a bikes top speed is by an accurate dependable radar. All the other clocking systems (gps, schwinn/factory speedo, riding beside a moving vehicle/motorcycle or calculating mph's by the minimoto garage calculator with your top rpms with load) are not as "accurate to the tee" as a radar system. Unless these speeds are clocked by a radar then they are pretty much estimates or very close to the bikes actual m.p.h's.
