Swap out that 8 tooth pinion, it isn't helping you at all, you should be able to do the same speed using a 7 tooth. The 7 would also be easier on your clutch.

yeah i agree i already changed it to a 7 tooth and a polini carboium clutch but i canot say how fast is it because i have not clocked it but on the 8/68 it went 48 mph on a GPS this is with no adjust's of any kind
but the 7 tooth pick's up speed a lot better nice clutch i think im doing the same speed but until i clock it i will not post sorry
anyway i think you were the one that told me to change clutch and gear

40mph is 64kmh
on these watercooled bikes it's easy to break that speed.
my friend has been around 80kmh with his bike and that is 48mph
with my bike i hawe ben up in 33mph and it's a cheap china import bike whitch is air cooled.
well that was downhill.
on the straights it runs between 45-52kmh that is 27-31mph
it does around 11000 rpm according to specs.
60theeth back well dont know the eng word for kugghjul.

Cool top speed...41/42 miles per hour

just to end alll the flaming if any, about china-made going on here, my bike went 35 stock!!! and now it hits 40 all day and some!...and it gets there quickly!..and yes its a china bike! but i would still take this bike over any mini (pollini, blata, cag, hf, ff, WHATEVER!)...mid all the way!...****, imagine with aftermarket gearing. watercooled aint sh*t and one gear aint either ...4speed, 4 stroke all the way, and my bike is actually pretty comfortable ;-) if anyone here doubts what im saying, lets race im in san jo california!...it is really boaring when the only other motorized playmate is a vespa...and yes i smoke that peice also!
-ride safe!...and quit doubting china, they dont have any coolers/radiators aluminum pistons, big bore, or any of the technology that some of your italian made minis do and i still smoke y'all! it might be 110cc's but cast iron internals and no performance parts! get with the program! if you take care of your bike you will have no problems...a faster bike for a third (even less) of the price, you might say im dumb but whether we are racing or cruisin i am faster, and i defiately look better than a clown on a circus bike...maybe a clown on a 80, ;-) anyways ITS ALL GOOD! and remember it aint fun if it cant explode...

41 mph for a 4 stroke 4 speed 110cc, is pretty slow, if you do simple mods and have a manual or semi auto, it should be 45-50 easily, these bikes are no joke, there nothing like a cag, I agree this well beat any stupid cag, hf,ff,lucky 7, hydra a/c , most of the c1s, banshees, and crap...thats all stock, wait till you get on the bigger intakes, pipes, bigger carbs, cams, ports, gearing, and then this bike will be a wheelie monster in 1-2 and even 3rd gear and the bike weighs 120 lbs, that tells you how powerful it is to lift up, and it will top over 55 mph EASILY, I bet some stock 110cc's, if you give it WOT it wants to lift the front and sometimes it does in 1, 2nd gear...But you cant compare a little 40 lb 49cc or 39cc( 80cc-100cc 4 stroke power) with lighter weight by 80 lbs...to a 110cc with 80 lbs more, and it will still eat up the little bikes...just my opinion, and people that have both bikes, I bet they understand what im trying to say also, but if you dont have both bike or dont kno or see one in action, just even say ur bike is faster....

i have a sendai aikido, same as ff cag.

i did just under 40 mph on 6/70 gears.

the engine makes 7 hp at 12000 rpm, and tops out at 13800 rpm.

i don't think its gonna last very long but i'm having fun now.

its heavely modified, malossi digital ignition, home made exhaust, BiZeta clutch, polini cluth bell, 19mm dell'orto carb, very large reed cage, i adapted the stock cilinder, and made my own head.

i even welded on the outside of the cilinder to make the ports bigger.

-yes...you have one thing right! it is a mid, but ysr and nsr are NOT the same class. they are 2 stroke 50 cc liquid cooled with well over my rpm range! so NO, they are not in my class! i race other x-series midbikes my class is (4stroke,4speed intermediate...and rpms are not allowed to pass 9000! to make it fair but the good is that there are no restrictions except stock motor!)

Cool ???

i dont really expect to race you guys...its like hondas and v8's. no matter what it all depends on the tuner! honestly if we both had the same exact parts...of course i would beat you, i have a bigger engine with a greater displacement! thats all im saying.and yes i will still beat you ESPECIALLY now that i have my 17t and 42t sprockets...i hit 55 easily!!! i know for sure the average "cag" hell, even a suped one dosnt stand a chance! i didnt mean to offend you...i was just backing the "made in china" bikes! but...botton line, i will still BEAT you! ;-)

Cool hhmmmmm!

if you would like we can do it on the track, strait away or twisties...once i get my minuki carb im told i might see 60mph, but maybe 58/59! we can really race, with no hard feelings. we can say its a comparrison or bike review to help other future bike owners! really, its all in your taste. but honestly if you have been on one of these, you would admit that a mini is kool and fun but there is no comparrison to the torqy *** 110's! i pull wheelies all the way up into 3rd...single speeds need some momentum to pick up, all i have to do is drop gear.....and peace out! when your still winding up coming out of that turn! ill be down the road...honestly we should race i will even take every mod off, and i bet i will still pull ya ;-) im in cali...

NOT picking a fight but never been taken outta a corner yet , and don't plan on it either. and thats just a/c too, then I'll pull out w/c and lose you in the dust !

Wink ???

have you seen the 110's? they weigh about 130 pounds...and if you lose controll...ouch! compared to a 30 pound 40cc, mine is still a toy but its a pretty dangerous one too! you can stand up or even pick your bike up if you fall to prevent a pile up. have you seen the 4 speed races??? if you eat it, whoever is behind you is biting pavement too! more power, realistic handling (balanced) and waayyy better looks, especially if you have an x-7! the minis are kool but just knowing you could possibly kill yourself on one of these just adds to the adrenaline. have you seen Turb0Tek on here? he has a turbo x-12...super sick!!!
i wasnt dissing your mini, im just saying these have way more potential!
-ride safe! ;-)
