Hey All motor race cag, I agree mellocags would SMOKE your bike slow110, but thats in turns, but in a drag, slow110 would eat mellos, mello and midmindess or something like that are the best two mid riders in the bay....there great.....plus his 50cc grc is a monster!

ok, if you want to put them on the same level, let's talk lap times. my laps are 50 seconds or less, while ANY suped fourstroke would be lucky to get under a minute. you know how much a second is in race time?? a TON. this way, you're not comparing size, weight, power, etc. the name of the game is how fast you get around the track anyway, so let the #s speak for themselves. and i'm talking about a real track with mad turns up to 180 degrees, and 3 decent straights. not the walmart parking lot with cones on it. so the question is simple.. how fast do you want to get around the track??

the only way i would be able to compare lap times to yours would be to time myself on the same track with the same turns and straitaways etc... each track is different and has its own personality. the ONLY way to determine this would be to actually RACE against a mini! i still look forward to racing someone!!! thats the only way to do it...

well good luck with that. you'll find out soon enough. keep in mind i'm not knocking the 4 strokes. they definitely have their qualities over the 2 strokes, but lap times are not one of them. i'm just stating what i've witnessed personally. if i had a 4 stroke beat me on my track, i'd be the first to admit it, and post it all over the forum! but i'm still waiting for that..

I don't think theres any conviencing him, and we all really know who would win drag or laps or even down to road course heats. But by the looks of it no matter what we write this guy will always say that he can beat the 2 strokes !!!!!!!!!!

LOL? if your talking about kids and its pointing towards me, sorry for giving you my opinion, I kno some 2 strokes or most of the 2 strokes would rip the 4 strokes a$$es apart....Sorry if you misunderstood me though...didnt mean anything against 2 strokes even though I owned 2...

easy killer! we're referring to slowpoke, who claims he can beat 2 strokes on a race track, even though he apparently hasn't ever had the pleasure! i agree some 4 strokes can beat 2s in a drag. i would hope so since their engines are twice as big! i'm talking "lap times". not into drag personally. we've got enough of that in south florida! lol sorry for the confusion..

Ohh Its Ok, Actaully the 4 stroke might be twice the engine, but the 2 stroke has twice the power...thats why it has to be twice the size to compete with 1/2 the size of it with a 2 stroke, its not cause there slow, its just it makes a spark on every other turn , and blah blah u kno how it goes, but there really not slow, the 110cc I bet are suppose to be like 55 cc 2 stroke, but if u put a banshee motor with some mods in a 120 lb bike, I doubt it will wheelie and top at over 45-50....but on the track, no competetion, I agree with you...

yeah, i hear ya. that's why i wanted to make it clear that I wasn't bashing 4 strokes. IMO, they're much more dependable than 2s if you treat em right. they also sound mean as heck when you open em up! i have a kawasaki klr 650, and it's my baby. been running strong for 6 years, and with a little TLC, she'll go another 6. we're really comparing apples to oranges, since they each have their own style. that's why i try to be careful about talking smack without basing it on facts. if i had the money though, i'd definitely have a few 4s around, but until then, i guess my 650 will have to do!

Ok so.......

i have posted in similiar threads to this one before and nobody believed me on my stats and i found out why today. I had been claiming 35 then 37 with tuned carb, hp airfilter, ngk race spark, head shroud, highflow fuel line/filter, stock pipe with silencer removed, tapered needle, and adj. jet. Now looking at comparable bikes that seems imposible, but then i figured it out today i was getting 37mph b/c i also had the stock big bore without knowing i am quite good with these things but i hadn't even considered that until after that bike broke down and i was looking to get a new bike as the piston blew, the pipe fell off and the crank bent believe me that crash mixed with my engine seizing up was not fun to say the least. I also would like to get the RSA as it is better. so 37mph on my old bike. i am hoping for a little more this time around. I had already ordered a power pipe from bad azz and the 2 stage reeds. So getting those and my old upgrades on the RSA BB on XPbikes i can amagin that i will be kicking some tail. I think i could likely be topping 40 on the stock gearing thats what i said i can't wait to see. I am going to add the lightened flywheel too.

If u wanna talk about engine sizes my 93 5.0 Mustang is alot bigger than ur 110cc 4 stroke and if u wanna get into tracks and turning i doubt i would fit on the track and if i did i would end up running u over around the first turn but my giovanni cag does about 32mphs

i have a ff cag and a c1. i will say first off i have not been clocked with a radar or gps. i have had vehicles drive next to me as close as the same speed as possible( only the c1.45mph seen in car 3 or 4 passes. in reality prob more like 40mph). the ff cag feels like it goes the same speed, only slower to get there.ff cag has ip2 big bore and stroker. flywheel drilled and ground for fcsc. fcsc crank also drilled. both by me. ip2 pipe version1, modified. carbon reeds, billit reed block and intake. 60 tooth sprocket.( yes that is how i ride the bike.with a 60th. all top end. very good bottom end for a cag also.)high stall springs help a lot for the bottom end with my set up. 15mm walbro carb, velo stack and intake spacer.and a lot of hours keeping this p.o.s. together and tweeking to get things right. it hits warp speed the last 3/4 of the powerband. now i am using stock mod pipe and going to add a boost port. also use stock gearing.
