X7 2 Stroke Electric Start Problems

first couple weeks i had the bike the electric start worked fine, then 1 day it just stopped. Heres the weird part, I can pull my pull start a couple of times with the key off and then turn the key on and the electric start will work about 20-30% of the time. Have no clue what it is but i did take my pull start off and looked in there the wire running to it seems to be fine tight connection. But like behind the starter claw i stick like a screw driver in it behind the claw, (just touching everything) and then try to use the electric start and it will click and sparks fly. then sometimes i just mess with the starter claw and it will to spark also. So I dont know if its just a bad STARTER CLAW or what maybe someone can tell what happens when a STARTER CLAW goes bad or what happens. Maybe just needs a new starter. No clue if anyone has any ideas please let me know just trying to get this thing working thanks alot
