19mm del rep tuning

need some advice please on setting up this carb. Fitting it to a near standard polini rep 50 and finding it only idles with the idle turned up nearly all the way. The air mix screw seems to change nothing and the power stutters and sorta dies abit just as it comes on pipe. The plug is coming out kinda wet which is confusing me.
This carb was working well on my bbk blata motor and has been cleaned twice now so its not that it doesn't work. Anyone got any clues for me? could it just be flooding a little bit maybe?

Re: 19mm del rep tuning

Theres too much jetting or a float set too high;-check the float or :-............Bring the jetting down 1 size or 2 until it stops wetting the plug...if it dont........most carb problems turn out to be electrical though...........

check the coil....check it with a mulitimeter.............if it reads above 6.2 and below 5.1 at 200k;-the coil is bad or faulty and needs replacing.............optimal reading is 5.7 - 5.8k
You test the coil with the multimeter set to 200k ohms and the red probe stuck in the sparkplug boot terminal and the other probe grounded to the sparkplug base and just read meter....................................Peace
