Exclamation £260 to spend, what to get?

i have decided to buy another minimoto, to save the hassle of this one (although i will almost definitely still get this one back up and running as i have been offered some bits) and i have reached a tough choice, i am 6ft 2 , 11stone so i like the feel of the size of the 911 and i can buy a brand new 911 rep from ghost racing for £260 delivered or do i buy this guys b1 rep which is £200 and set up and race proven and for the extra £60 i can either get a load of spares and get my bro to go to London and collect it or get some spares and pay like £40 to get it sent to me Board Message

which would you go for and why? and is the b1 rep the same size as the 911 or smaller? and if so how much smaller?

i feel like going for the brand new, crisp 911 rep in black and getting the frame done in black or gold :P but the b1 will be faster? and has orange wheels! LOL

B1 ! is easy to fit on as well. but the polini can be made into a 50cc for £50.

The b1 is much cheaper for spares.

Re: £260 to spend, what to get?

another bike into the equation now lol, banshee? all depends on whether i get the money this week or not, if i do, ill have a bid on the banshee rep (what are they worth?)and if i loose ill either get a nice new shiny 911 and get the frame done in black or gold OR go and get the b1, if i could get the b1 guy to hold on untill july i could buy it, all his spares and a few litres of petrol haha

Banshee all the way!!! The banshee is a 50cc and the quickess chinese water cooled once turned. They are a small frame (I'm 5 foot 10 and 12 stone and I'm fine on it) they handle great.

Enjoy it'll take a little bit of tunning to get the true power out of it but get use to riding her first.

Where are you based, if your in the South sometime bring her down to Angmering oval on a race day. It's LOL there are 3 banshee's at the moment in the chinese water cooled class.

Re: £260 to spend, what to get?

hah, im in the north west (st helens, about 15miles from liverpool) and the guy im buying it off is ment to be setting the carb up for me as he just fitted a brand new zpf air filter and the tuning was off for some reason, in a race between a aprillia rs50 and a slightly modified banshee, which do you reckon would win? which would have the highest top end and what would have the best acceleration?

i have never gone round a corner before in my life on a minimoto (only done practically straight pieces of tarmac) and yet next week i have promised to go racing with my other mate who races his cag. LOL best get permission to use it in a car park to practise fast!

im guessing that if i manage to stay off the floor i should obliterate his cag?, hope the kevlar clutch comes into play :P

shame i cant use my 911 though, amazing looking bikes when painted the right colours i reckon, but i will eventually get it running :P

Re: £260 to spend, what to get?

Get a set of cheap leathers off ebay you'll be thankful you spent the money when you fall off.

Once you use to the bike you'll be able to run circles around a B1. Isn't that right JON lol

Re: £260 to spend, what to get?

banshee has plenty of power, glad i got it over the b1 :P and it came with a load of spares (spare kevlar clutch, fairing, old clutch, pinions, sprockets, callipers, exhaust, clutch bell) plenty to keep me going until i drop it :P

missed an amazing deal on a genuine one of these, genuine everything the seller sold it before i got a chance to ring him up lol

Re: £260 to spend, what to get?
