Pollini is my favorite but you gotta dump a few mods to get this beast to wake up after that it is a fun comfortable bike to ride easy to handle around corners.

Re: Best Chinese Water Cooled Bike?

I'd say the Banshee right now. Put some red springs on clutch, better quality pads, set the squish and it rips! The Polini probably handles better, but takes more money to get right.

Re: Best Chinese Water Cooled Bike?

Hi,

i think the best watercooled bike from China is the Blata WRS (W) 13 Elite. Here are some pictures of mine:

Nice Power for a Bike from China (think it has about 8 hp stock), quality is all right and it is a nice feeling to drive it on high speed tracks. With a self-made domecap, a Dellorto 17,5 PHVA and Polini 0.3 Carbon the front rear gets in the air all the time

Sorry for my bad english,

Best regards,

Tobi

Re: Best Chinese Water Cooled Bike?

I would say either the 911 or GP3 rep. The E13 rep is lacking on frame quality but is fast but the GP3 is faster, better quality but harder to work on and get parts for. The 911 with a pipe and clutch mod is a great bike and handles x-treme especially with a set of Savas on her

Re: Best Chinese Water Cooled Bike?

at the moment it has to be banshee all the way as the others are either too slow or too unreliable.however if they would make a c2 with a banshee engine that that would be a whole new ball game because i love that new frame.

Unreliable, a 911!!!
We have sold and raced a lot of these bikes and I don't think the word unreliable can be used for a 911 rep. They do of course need a few bugs worked out as do all the reps, but they must be one of the most reliable reps on the market! I think almost everyone that has owned one will back me on this.

I'm sure I'll be able to but I haven't even rode mine yet! I wish I could ride it right now but I can't bring it on the street. My friend got fined...alot of money.

Re: Best Chinese Water Cooled Bike?

the 911 has a real thin frame metal, and now that chinese coppied it with even shittier metal it just makes it worse. Look around you will hear stories about 911 frames cracking/breaking.

whoah there buddy the 911rep was the one that i was calling slow not unreliable, you need to spend the same amount again that you paid for the bike and it still wont be anywhere near as quick as a banshee that has just had the clutch springs changed.i have ridden against stock ones that are even slower than cags especially bottom end.and yes the frames are weak on them,in fact i saw a mate crack his frame the other week and he only weighs around 10 stone.they are in my opinion the best looking though.

Re: Best Chinese Water Cooled Bike?

I don't own a bike, but speaking from a purely engine based standpoint, I love the C1/C2. The motor is unbelievably reliable and receptive to mods, especially a good pipe, carb and reed kit. Mine ran the whole season last year and is still going strong now, with some cheap fixes. It gets beat on too, running on a kart with a heavy rider, but it gets the job done often against much more powerful and expensive (read: Italian motor) machines.
