Arrow Best high end banshee pipe

hey, what pipe do you think would be best for the banshee sho in the high rpms. but not taking away a lot of power from the low and mid range. i see pipes said for all 49cc bikes but i dont know if they will indeed fit. differant bikes have differant curves and mounting ya know.

The BZM and Zocchi race pipe might fit since the motor on the banshee is a replica of the polini engine.

There is no point in even considering an aftermarket pipe or substituting a pipe from a Polini or any other for that matter at this time. It could be just a waste of money. We want to get the max out of the engine first, which we are working on, then we will go back and address the pipe. The calculations for the design are complex because the pipe has to be matched to the engine. Even if you want to use trial and error to tweak it after the primary design is done and constructed you still have to get the first step, design to the engine, done first. The pipe sections are: Header, Belly, Convergent Cone, Stinger. To see the sections and calculations click the attachement.

Yes I do know this.

Reason I suggested the BZM and Zocchi pipes, they are optimized and purpose built for polini motors (6.2+ polini motors), which is what the banshee is based out of. You don't really think the chinese "designed" a totally new motor do you?

The BZM and Zocchi race pipes extract more hp than any other race pipe out there for the polini motors. For easy bolt on purposes, changing out a pipe on on a polini motor'd bike for a BZM or Zocchi pipe, yields at least a 1-2HP gain.

Again, since the banshee is based out of the 5 port, 50cc polini motor, I would assume, adding a BZM or Zocchi race pipe will add at least a hp or two. I never said I guarantee'd it would yield additional hp. I'm only basing it on my experience on seeing other racers get great results with the BZM and Zocchi race pipes on their bikes.

No, the Bizeta pipe hits the frame and does not reach the header. When the header is bolted to the Banshe SHO, the header almost hits the radiator because it comes straight out instead of coming out towards the left side of the engine.

you have to get th pipe built for the bike, EI: get the pipe for a GRC GP, since this is a clone, the frame should be nearly the same. U might have minor clearance issuse but I'm sure it can be resolved. I gus this would be a try test to how well they cloned the bike, the frame and all the other parts in it.
