Talking C1 (2nd gen) vs polini (all polini) ;)

Well, i have my new C1, im spanish and i can tell yours all id like say (language problems), well my first contact was the last weekend, i began to ride with 2 polini 911 (6.2hp buth they have one RR exhaust and one carb dellorto 18 and the other with one dellorto 19 ), they had more lows, mids and highs, but there was one 911 original 6.2, and my c1 had the same power, well, this week i put one dellorto 19 with the standard intake, but modified, well, my first contact was.....PERFECCCCCT!!!... good lows, betters mids...and highsss!!!, we put the 911 (the modified) and my c1, he has more lows (only a little!!)and my c1 has more mids and highs, is fastest, now i can go with the fastest riders of the karting (polini 910 carena S 6.2 (4 units), polini 910 (10 hp modified, but more than 5 years old)(3 units), 4 polini 911 6.2, (there are one polini GP3 with 15, but its another world), they have all PMT tyres, and i have the stock tyres, and i was 5th, but they are better riders than me, but with this competitive C1 im learning much better than with my first c1 generation (another world, all were problems, clutch, carb, squish.....), im very very very very very...............and very happy, my C1 with the 19 carb, and with the fast gas, costed me 600 USD......the cheaper polini that was yesterday in the karting costs 1800USD (the new 910 carena S 6.2 hp), with the difference can i buy 20 zoochi clutches? 20 pmt tyres? 200 bottles of fuel and oil?......and my c1 continue fastest (a bit, but fastest)..
Bye byeeeeee

Hello, i dont have any problem with my carb, i have used the serial intake and the measure is perfect, i´m using the serial jet 85, but i´ll prove one 100 i have, (Arjan also i will prove the 90-95 ) because the spark plug isn´t with the correct colour, i have been riding with 3% mixture, i dont know how to show pics of my bike here!!

for me it's not much work... but if it's good why change?...keep them for spare.

the hard part is getting the cillinder back on the piston, the trick is to set the ring's just right over the litle pin's in the grooves and then squishing them in and putting the cilluinder over it.. that's all

check your squish to see what size gasket you need. take out spark plug and insert solder over the top of the piston to the outer edge then pull the starter till it goes to tdc and squishes the solder then take it out and measure

be careful with the air cooled there was an issue with i believe the head overheating and you have to drill a hole in your piston..maybe thats only with the sendai bike though
