Exclamation Getting A W/C Bike...Plz Help I'm a Noob!

Hey everyone! My name is Anthony and I will hopefully soon be the proud owner of a WaterCooled Pocket Bike. The Bike I will be getting is from Matrixx Pocket Bikes. Here are the few questions I have along with a link. Any help will be more than greatly appreciated as I am new and don't want to get stuck with a cheap POS.
http://onlinestorepal.com/matrixx/es...asp?menuid=173

My questions are as follows:
1) Is this the real thing? I emailed the guy and he said he is a dealer of Zakota Pocket Bikes.
2) What is this bike actually called? A Cagami, Zakota Liquid Cooled, C1, B1, Im confused lol please help me out here.
3) Is this bike reputable, I'm not looking to win the championships here but mainly go fast and impress others with this sweet thang! LOL
PS I know this thing really isn't 12hp as advertised.

Thanx guys, and I will become quite a member here as I am very interested in this new hobby/sport!

So with the bike I am getting, will I have these "squish" problems? Out of the box with proper precautions such as loctite-ing all the necessary screw/bolts, will the bike run good? Like I said I am new and want something that will run stong as is. All these mods that are being talked about such as clutches, water pump etc...r these just for the serious racer or must everyone complete these just for the bike to run properly. Please help guys. I don't want a fancy paper weight. Thanx for ur response RoketRacerKing and to any who reply to this post!

dont worry about it if youre not a serious racer...use distilled water and water wetter, make sure all the bolts stay tightened and have fun. dont touch your clutch either
