Jets for my 911 REP

I've tried the jets for the 14/14 rep carb for the c1 but they are too small and have a finer thread. The jets in my 14/14 rep carb are bigger with a courser thread. So where can i get jets for my 14/14 rep carb? Can i use the Polini jets? Also which 14/14 rep carb is the best rep carb the c1 carb or the 911 rep carb?

Re: Jets for my 911 REP

i'm not sure which carb the 911 rep has, (maybe you could post a pic?) if it's a 14/14 also it should be the same carb as the c1 which is a rep of a dellorto SHA 14/14 take a look at dellorto's website and have a look at the diagrams of the sha 14/14 to see if it's the same as what you have, if it is, c1 jets sha jets or phbg jets should fit, phbn/phva have a different jet...:

Re: Jets for my 911 REP

The 911 rep has the 1414 copy.
The same as the C1.
You will need to get gets for a 1414 replica carb.

Re: Jets for my 911 REP

I have bought a carb from a c1. And the things that are different is the jet and the throttle slide is plastic (c1's is aluminum) and it has a float bowl drain screw (c1 doesn't) and a white plastic cap on top of the carb (c1 is black). On the side of the carb it says RuiXing (c1 just has 70 stamped on the side). But other than that the c1 carb looks the same inside and outside.

Re: Jets for my 911 REP

this may be a dumb question but, is there any reason not to just use the 14/14 c1 carb and then it would be REALLY easy to get the jets you need/have?

Not a dumb question.
All the 1414 replica carbs use the same jets....the coarse threads.
You cannot use the PHBG jets with the 1414 replica carbs.
He can use either carb...they are both the same.

Re: Jets for my 911 REP

Well i could just use the C1 14/14 carb but that is why i asked which one is the better 14/14 rep carb. What I want to do is use 3 carbs . By getting the bike tuned than have 1 carb a little leaner and 1 carb alittle richer so that it would be real easy to retune at the track when need be. That way i wouldn't have to tear the carb down at the track. I dont like the way the pin that holds the float in place falls out so easy. It's the same on both carbs. Is the jets for dellorto 14/14 sha carb bigger and have a courser thread?
These 2 14/14 rep carbs use 2 different size jets. The carb from the c1 uses a small jet with a finer threads and the 14/14 rep carb in my 911 rep uses a bigger jet with courser threads. The same jet will not fit both carbs.

The 1414 Sha carb jets have the fine threads.
You may be in luck with the C1 carb if it uses the small jet with the fine threads.
The PHBG jets would probably fit.

Re: Jets for my 911 REP

So are the PHBG jets the jets out of the 4-stroke carbs? Its just hard to tell by the little pictures on any web site for me to tell much difference in the jets. I guess I'll have to waste some money to finger this out. So my 911 rep is the only rep with this (RuiXing) Dellorto 14/14 rep carb?

When I had a 911 rep I made new threads for the jet 6mmX0,75.
Then I used dellorto 6mm jets. It worked well for me.
