My Hydra Is Fluttering On Top End!!!

Hi guys my hydra is fluttering in top end. It doesnt reach its top speed it just floods or something. I checked everything on the bike. Im going to take my carb out and clean it to see if its that, but if thats no the problem Im going to change the fuel line. Maybe the fuel line is clogged up. Well guys if yall can help me here i will appreciate it so much. Thanks

How much money are we talking about here? I saw badazztoyz new reed block for 40 bucks. Is it going to be in this price range?

It could also be running lean tighten the idle screw it happen to me.
