Question What Is The HorsePower Of A C1 (B1 Replica), Do some C1's have more HorsePower?

Badazztoyz *** com advertises the water cooled C1 (B1 Replica) as having 12 Horsepower... while capitol usa mini moto *** com, advertises there C1 as only having 8 Horsepower...

So im confused!

Do some C1's having bigger engines in them then other C1's which look exactly the same?

What im asking is: is China putting 8 horsepower engines in some C1's and 12 horsepower engines in other ones?

Can some one who knows there stuff help me out with this question..

Cheers!

The bike as standard is around 6-6.5hp at the rear wheel.
Same engine, somehow the hp rating differs from site to site.
This is also discussed in other threads here.

The chinese manufacturer says it has 4.5 newtonmeters of torque at 14 or 15k rpm, which is 6.1 HP.
Arjan on this forum dynoed his to 6.5hp stock, I think.

yes mine had about 6.5hp stock but i've seen one on the dyno(same dyno as my result) wich had 8.2hp stock so it might differ a bit from bike to bike, but 6,5 is honest and most off them have it, the 8.2 is rare, even after modifying mine it was about 8hp maybe 9 if running good clutch.

all I know is my friend has a 6.2 polini and it seems to have way more power (that is you better be leaning forward when it comes up on the pipe).

I'm happy with the C1 though can't go wrong for the price.

Are you saying the Polini 6.2 has more power than the C1 or vise versa?

we ahven't race so I can't give you full results but from riding both I would say the 6.2 polini would wipe the floor with the C1.

"6.2 Polini" covers a lot of ground. 6.2 just means that it is a series 2 motor. It could be anywhere from 7hp to 11.5hp.

MachVit is a 6.2 hp 910 cerena dream bike. He also has a GRC 13+ hp

badazztoyz my stolen bike only had one base gasket too I'm not dogging the C1 at all other wise I would not be buying another one to replace the stolen one I would get a Euro bike I think the C1 is a great bike and with a few bucks in mods I should kill the 6.2 now the GRC is another story..........

Not quite, the guys I race with have 2 Polini 910's, one which weighs in the same as me the other 30 lbs less, I can walk the guy with the same weight, and run down the 30 lb lesser guy, but not enough to pass.
