even if i do wind up getting a euro, i'll always own and work on china bikes. i wouldn't sell my banshees for anything, even if i got the "real thing". i've learned all i know from wrenching on china, and i'll always have a certain respect for them and their riders, since it's where i started, and the reason why i got into this aewsome sport in the first place.. ok, i'm done..

Kudos to you Freddy.
I have found it amusing over the years as I read some of the posts from former cag riders/wrenchers that frequent this board.
It seems when they "graduate" to a euro bike they get on the cag bashing band wagon.
Your statement above is very mature.

I personaly don't bash on the cags. Like I stated, I still have fun racing in the cag class as well as the Euro class. You will also see some guys bashing on the Euro bikes for being to expensive. But Quality cost money.
Your statement is not all correct.
Well I finally read most of the posts on the new engine and replica. You know something? Collectivly we are a diversified and interesting lot...as are most groups. What seems to make some folks get rather nasty at times has been the threat of competition regarding $. It seems some can handle competition on the track but when it comes to a buck we're not friendly any more. Come on gents, lets enjoy our sport and enjoy ALL competition. I believe it is here in the good ole USA where we endorse the spirit of competition in business and even protect it. It not only is challenging and interesting but it prompts us to do yet better. So be good sports and wish well to all who choose to compete. We will ALL ultimately benefit from such competition. It's inevitable in the USA. Life is short. Lets be friends and enjoy it competitively AND peacefully. Also, the engine looks good and even if it doesn't have 16 hp I'll bet anyone can have fun with it. Lets be more competitive on the turns where hp isn't the ticket. I'm looking foward to riding one and even looking forward to whatever else should try to replace it someday. Robert, I hope you step in and take a stand on these issues, and enforce it. Personally, I lose interest in any group that can't control their tongues for the collective good. Everybody take care, I'm out. Gotta life to live and lots of fun to pursue!
