WTB Frame in SE PA area

I just bought the bike in the pic below. The frame is busted where the axle slides in and bolts. I think the bike is a CAG but not 100% sure of that. Can someone confirm the make and also let me know if anyone has a frame for sale in SE Pennsylvania area or one where the shipping is cheap. Thanks. Mark
