I used a brake caliper bleeding screw a 3/8 drill, a small spacer to raise the threads, RTV Silicon, on the top & bottom. The hole on the bottom of the bleeder screw is on the side so gas does not come out of the cap. I filled the tank and shook the bike all over. No Hose Needed.

People claim that a Vaccum builds up in the tank. I have boost tubes so I think that helps, maybe. If your going all out on a race track, maybe. My first 47cc Cag. fuel always seeped out of the vent hole, so how can a Vaccum form. Now, with both my vent modded cap, and I have to go buy two more bleeder screws for my X18 And C1, they all have the same cap.
I keep my tank full of gas, there is no fuel pump so the gas flows faster than when your tank is almost empty, and also when it is low, gas move allover the tank and air gets in the lines.
If you blow air into the nipple on the gas cap, and let it leak, you can hear the air pressure come up the vent. I even stood the bike straight up and down, shook it no gas leak.
This is an update: This will work on most Pocket Bikes. If you want to thread it into the cap, start w/ a drill, drill the hole with a the drill, till you can get the size you need to run your tap. Then you can use a sealer or teflon pipe tape on the threads. If you can't tap, then use RTV silicon or something. Also, need a plastic or rubber washer, inbetween the tank & and the fittng on the top side, cause the threads don't go all the way to the nut Part. I used black silicon on the inside to seal but the gas eats away at it till it falls off. Now, I use a tight fitting O ring washers inside the cap. Also had to mod the bottom rubber piece inside the cap so the end of the bleeder screw clears, by putting a hole in the center with a hand paper hole punch, and made the two little holes to the outside alittle bigger fro more breathing.
Here is some more info. The threads on the chev. bleed screws are 3/8" x 24 threads per inch, my new ones are 5/16" x 24.
Got some more O rings at the hardware/auto store in town.
For the top washer under the nut part, I got 3/8" faucet washer for your sink. I'll take photos of the screws, washers, & stuff, and put them here.

when you talk about the rubber piece inside the cap, is it the piece that has the small nipple on the end of it? can you just leave this part out?
That's right, that hat shape piece inside is your seal too. I put a hole in the center of it and drill the two outer holes alittle bigger. The center hole lets the brake screw tip stick thru. I don't use RTV gasket silicon anymore cause gas makes it fall off. I tap the cap to fit the screw, and screw it in w/ a faucet valve round small rubber seal just under the nut on the bleeder screw before I thread it in to the cap cause there are no threads on top. You can also buy a SS nut and thread in on the underside off the cap, to keep the screw from coming loose, I put a small O ring before the nut, then the hat section. That will want to fall out when you take the cap off. I will bond mine to the cap w/ a gas proof glue or epoxy, or form a gasket.
I may not be posting this in the correct place. I'm new to pocket bikes. I purchased a used x15 without a gas tank. All the tanks I'm finding don't look like they will fit. I tried searching here and can't find anything either. Please help. I would of made a thread but since I'm a new member Im not allowed yet. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Also if I need to post this somewhere else please let me know. I'm sorry I'm a newb.
