adrenaline clutch springs

I ordered the 1.4 clutch springs from adrenaline and just got them in. First off, Tyler is a great guy to deal with, my order was held back by sticker and fairing problems (which i cancelled), but because the delay he sent me 1 extra 7T pinion and a set of 1.4 clutch springs. Awesome customer service! The only thing is that i thought 1.4's were stock spring? I have to rev up a lot to get the bike going. can anyone still do wheelies with these springs? I can't do wheelies anymore, is there any benefit with these springs?

those springs are for a ported cylinder, clutch engages at a higher rpm.....more like 7500-8000 rpm......i had these but i took them off because i didn't like them!!!

7500 - 8000 my arse. i got the 1.4's and they engaged just like stock. then i got the 1.5's and those engage right under 3000. i want the ones that engage around 5000.

The 1.3s are stock, 1.4s are slightly higher rpm and the 1.5s that I've got in my bike take full throttle to get going.

yeah, i really have to keep my throttle open to keep my clutch engaged. The stock ones had a more torquey feel, which i liked. i might switch back to 1.3's and keep the 1.4's for spares, even though i have 3 sets of 1.4's
