Razor pocket rocket sprocket mod

Hey guys I was wondering where I can change the sprocket on my pr200, do I change it in the back or on the motor? Can you guys please give me details on how many teeth this sprocket has, and how many teeth I need to make it faster. If you can please post a link.

Re: Razor pocket rocket sprocket mod

front would be easier.

Dropping or adding 1 tooth is +/-3 in the rear

Dropping - better accel
Adding - better top speed

We dont need to tell ya the sprocket count, Im sure you can count it

X-TREME XP700 SCOOTER PARTS It is the xp700 sprocket the lowest tooth #25 chain wheel sprocket that I could find unless you get one custom made.Trippin you are right about adding teeth with the front sprocket would be better but unless you get a custom made sprocket, there is no motor sprockets that would fit the stock motor. Also the pr200 has a 55 tooth rear sprocket and a 11 tooth front.

It would boost your top speed 1-3 mph, realy you would be better off tuning(rotating the brush plate) on your motor, getting the sprocket custom made but you would be better off just adding a extra 12 7amp battery because that 44 tooth sprocket would not destroy your speed on take off.If you get one custom made you custom made that for example a 30 tooth sprocket and that would destroy your take off speed.
