Fastest you've seen an electric pocket bike go?

Sadly I can't post on the e-bike section yet, so I'll ask it here. I want to know how fast these things can manage to go before I consider making one.

How much money do you have to spend, heard of 40+ MPH.

My old, since-sold Razor MX350 went up to 45 on an upgraded motor and batteries downhill. My stock MX500 that I picked up from the trash goes about 30 on that same downhill

Assuming I got one fat wallet, what are some good motors and batteries I can buy that'll help me zoom? Size doesn't matter, I just want something that'll take me for a ride.

Look into the 5-32kw brushless motors that can spin between3- 5000rpm's without overvolting run and tuned by a USB programmable controller and powered by a lithium ion battery strong enough to power it....The battery is gonna be the absolute most expensive part....

To get another idea look up zero dirtbikes...

I know somebody who bought a Manco Thunderbird roller off a guy on craigslist for $50,,,bought a used 12v industrial palletjack motor from ebay for another $50 and modified it, bought a couple $300.00 Optima Yellowtop batteries,25.00 industrial type variable voltage controller from ebay and $110.00 in wiring relays switch and a e-throttle plus another $100.00 to gear it 4:1 overdriven with a couple jackshafts and gears.....Top speed is a pretty sketchy-scarey 63.7mph in a 1/16th of a mile run....

Good Luck

these Manta 10KW motors dont play games your looking at speeds well over 75MPH (from what the go kart guys are saying)

the only way to know whould be to strap it to a dyno because the razor frame wont handle mutch over 45mph without mods.
