Pocket bike racing/riding Columbus, Ohio?

Hi,

Anyone on here and around Columbus interested in doing some pocket bike racing at Circleville Raceway Park?

I just ordered a pocket bike that's on it's way & so did one of my brothers...,...,...one of my friends seems interested too.
I haven't found any actual organizations that are running a pocket bike class, so seriously I'm interested in just getting on the go cart track that is CRP & having some fun.
I'm going to be doing this either way, I just thought it would add to the fun to have a few more people show up to race.

Also if anyone knows of an organization that does have a pocket bike class (adult), I'd like to know about that too.

Thanks

Randall

You might want to check out OMRL.......They seem to be still active and Circleville is an affiliated track........

I went to the OMRL site last week. I honestly didn't see a class for pocket bike racing. I'll look again, sometimes I'm blind.

If you go to the rules youll see theres 4 tracks associated with OMRL.......I lookd briefly and saw the kids 50cc mini class was for Honda Suzuki and Yamaha 50cc 4 strokers.....

Like I stated in your other thread theres been a steep decline in the sport/hobby in the last 8 years that racetracks just cut the pocketbike venue due to poor turnouts but will still allow pb's to run the tracks during practice times aslong as the bike meets track tech standards and you pay the fee...

One of those associated tracks is a kart track.....Here on LI we held pb races after the kart races in Nassau Colliseum parking ....LIKA closed down years ago so no more pb racing for Long Island.....LOL
