Pull start isnt flush

So I bought a used X7 pocket bike and it didn't have a pull start on it so I just got a cheap one off of eBay. When I mock the pull start up on the starter it will sit about 1/4 of an inch off the starter even though if I hold it in place I can still spin the shaft. Is there an extra part I'm missing that goes in between them or did I just do something wrong?

Usually in a problem such as yours you would also post up a picture but luckily for you I think I know what youre talking about seeings only the X7 and the cateye share the same starters......

Youre gonna need one of these posted below as it locks the starter body together plus youre also going to need a thin .060"pullstarter shim too...

Good Luck

Alright so I was able to find the metal plate but I'm not able to find that larger spacer in the top pic above. I can't even find a bundle with them, do you know of a seller that might have these?
