Have a 2018 Mega Moto 212 Pro Series Mini Bike which I would like to make street legal. Would appreciate any info on a complete street legal kit that would work on this bike! Thanks

you should take it to D.O.T. in your state and see if its possible most states its going to be a solid no on getting it past a D.O.T. inspection (they just wont do it on those colman style mini bikes) that leads to a title with a vin to get a plate with tabs
you should be able to get a ORV plate that allows you to legally ride in state parks... ( you wont need blinkers for ORV tags)

Don't think it is going to happen, its to small and the seat height is to low, need around 32" or so.

Re: New to Forum

Thank you for your comments. I have researched the laws of Washington State i.e., Dept. of Motor Vehicles etc. and it is possible to license a mini bike if all the requirements are satisfied. Iím looking for a street legal kit to satisfy these requirements!

i live in Washington state as well your going to need D.O.T. approved tires all the lights have to have D.OT. Engravement on the lenses you need the dock slip showing where it came off the boat at and the receipt/invoice then after you have it inspected assuming it passes then you will get a title with a VIN number then you have a vin plate made and affixed to the heads tube then Department of Licensing will take a look at it and issue you your tabs and plate

its all about time in Washington state going back and forth to inspection and D.O.L untill you get the people that dont care.

then going to class's where they ride around in a parking lot to get endorsed becuse you know they are going to pull you over as soon as they run the plate and it comes back not endorsed they love impounding bikes for that. anything over 50cc...

It would be alot easier just looking for someone with a streetlegal one and see how theirs is setup or get a list from the DMV buy the parts and just equip the thing you want to be able to cruise the streets........

I made an XR400 Streetlegal and Dennis Krook wanted $650.00 for a basic onroad/offroad lightng kit that is D O T legal....

Other places including ebay want between $215.00 and $450.00

If your engine doesn't have charge capabilities like a charging stator to keep the battery charged that's gonna be another $75.00-$100.00 to equip your OHV engine with one.....

wiring , switch, shrink tubing, lights , bullet connectors , ty-wraps, rectifier, charging stator and horn and battery to just run it as a total loss system that has to be charged up after every use will run you $100.00 - $110.00....

he is 100% right i whould goto washington state patrols D.O.T. inspection department and bring some pictures and see what they say you will need

no need to pay a bunch of money for lights that you can get for 40 50 bucks at a motorcycle junk yard or swap meet.

if your in the spokane area i can help you out

i whould tell them its for farm use but you need to ride it on the road a bit...
