Saying hi

Hello I'm new to all this. I have an Evo 2 gas scooter with 2nd gear and I love it. I bought barley about 1yr ago and want to buy a new engine (current one is stock) but my biggest issue is finding one that is belt drive all I find is chain I don't mind if I have to swap from belt to chain I just want some 2nd opinions.

The engine with the chaindriven transmission will swap in-place of the engine...You'll have to use the same old 2 speed transmission......…

Just know the engine on your bike is heavily restricted so its best to change out the engine ..The orange case engine is a much better engine that's able to be modified with lightened flywheel and rocket key etc.............

There was a member that joined here not too long ago that came here because his wouldn't even hit 25-30mph...…You might want to do a search using the forum searchbox...Put keyword "Uberscoot 2x50cc"

Welcome to the forum and Good Luck with your scooter...…….

i whould upgrade all the bearings with good ones (skf) and adjust the transmishon (you might need to change the second gear belt as well) before upgrading the engine the transmishon suffers from a lot of friction there is also a bearing in there that's a regular bearing that they are using us a Thrust bearing that bearing should definitely be replaced with a ceramic one.
