Recently was given a Automatic 2007 X19 110cc loncin motor. And the wiring harness is all torn up. Anyone know where i can purchase a new harness and a owners manual so i can trouble shoot and get it back on the asphalt!!
Welcome to the site...…….
First thing I'd do is jump the starter with a battery to see if the engine turns over and if it does I'd do a compression test too to make sure the valves are sealing and not one stuck open......….
Next thing I'd do is test the stator to make sure its operational as the stators are made in china and have pretty crappy windings.. Test should fall at 500kohms +/- 50 kohms..Set the tester at 2000k to do the test..
Ground the black probe to the green ground and test the bluewire with white stripe..
If you have the main components like starter pushbutton and starter solenoid,CDI also battery you can actually rewire the bike yourself....
Later on you can add in the rectifier for the charging system aswell as any lighting you desire …..
It will be a lot easier and faster than buying a harness that's close and trying to figure it out...
If a 12 year old plus other members here on this site have done it then you should be able to too....
