Welcome to the site....

First thing I'd do is jump the starter with a battery to see if the engine turns over and if it does I'd do a compression test too to make sure the valves are sealing and not one stuck open.......

Next thing I'd do is test the stator to make sure its operational as the stators are made in china and have pretty crappy windings.. Test should fall at 500kohms +/- 50 kohms..Set the tester at 2000k to do the test..

Ground the black probe to the green ground and test the bluewire with white stripe..

If you have the main components like starter pushbutton and starter solenoid,CDI also battery you can actually rewire the bike yourself....

Later on you can add in the rectifier for the charging system aswell as any lighting you desire ..

It will be a lot easier and faster than buying a harness that's close and trying to figure it out...

If a 12 year old plus other members here on this site have done it then you should be able to too....

Good Luck

You start by doing the stator check with the multimeter aswell as jump the starter with a proper 12v 6amp battery to make sure it spins first and will fire-up..

Re: Need help

I have an X18, on my other laptop I have 2 different wiring dia, and some other stuff that might help you. Your biggest problem is you have no kick start like my 125cc Quad ATV. Much easier to test a kickstart engine and you can run the bike on 7 wires.

Re: Need help

Here is some stuff that might help you. If you had a kick start the wires in the blue photo will run the bike. Most of the other wires are for lights, blinkers etc. I only have a brake light and I kick start it, I just put a kill button on the handle bars to shut down. Remember, the bikes are illegal in USA, there not going to ticket you for blinkers, they will impound it, fine you, then you have to pay storage, and you have a $100 bike cause it does not run.
