New 49cc HP Piston Port.

Anyone looking for a wild engine, this is it. One of a kind custom. Has so many mods hard to list them all. It has a modified reed port full circle crank, modified to fit the small seal side of the cases, and starter end to work with starter pawl. Cut stock cyld, ported, Cag alum allow head modded to fit the 6mm studs I made out of the cases. About a 15:1 hemi cap I made. New flywheel w/ rocket key. I changed the carb to a new 15mm, cause I could not find away to put a throttle swivel w/ cable holder on the chainsaw carb. Can make changes if I have the parts here. will post engine for sale next week. PM me or post here if you have questions.

Looks great EPR...Got any specs on the build like squish and compression ratio?

I would of put a cylinder with 4 petal ADA reedblock mod with 17mm carb on that thing to make it even crazier....

Good luck on the sale..

Re: New 49cc HP Piston Port.

I was thinking about a 17mm piston carb, I have one I made a few years ago, I shimmed the back of a X18 PZ19 to 17mm and made an intake to fit the P/P intake. I still have 2 of them billet 4 reed intakes I bought for the twin drag engines and was never used, lol. I think swheels or someone made one before and it worked great, that's where I got the idea. Not sure what the squish is, got to be pretty tight, had to mod the piston and cap to miss the piston. It started with a 17:1 cap I turn into to a hemi cap, about 15 or 16:1. The rope is Hard to pull, and it goes pop, pop, pop, lol.
A lot of work to build this engine, and if I could sell it for $200 would not put a dent in the total labor alone.
I built a 43cc P/P for my scooter with a cyld I got from you, has an ADARacing 40mm cap alum alloy head and 16mm Walbro WT-688 carb. I can tell its going to be a snappy little engine.

You should mount it on your scooter and try it out.......You may not want to sell it.....

Afraid to try it on the death trap China scooter I have, lol. Still has the 43cc engine I built with your parts on it now, which runs real good. Plus the ADA head 43cc engine I built.

When I built my Mitsubishi knockoff with a fcc on methanol it hit some crazy speeds....It was a lil over 2 mphs shy of beating the 64.4mph run that was done using twin gp460 engines....lol

Re: New 49cc HP Piston Port.

The FC crank in a piston port works so much better than a reed port, because of the cyld intake port is over the crank.
