Umm those KTM50 engines are about 9hp with an optional 5.5hp detuning kit that's available to detune it for the younger riders.
Even the clone version has over 7hp....
It takes a real lot of trick porting and tuning on methanol to even come close with a cag engine..The pic below is what you have to do to get 10hp with a cag engine....It's 100% race only and costs more yo build than buying the KTM engine..
In any event if he does decide to go through the headache he will be building a suicide machine........
It would be better off building a pocket dirtbike or pocketquad instead....LOL
