Seeking Help with DM RESTORATION...

Hello , I purchased this DM Midi sometime ago and I am looking to Restore it so my sons can get started in racing... Is there anyone in the So-Cal area that might be knowledgable about pocket bikes that might be willing to help in the restoration for a fee... Please contact me at [email protected] or cell phone 323-353-0518 or if anyone knows someone outside the So-Cal area that I may contact for help also... Thanks in advance , Roland

Re: Seeking Help with DM RESTORATION...

Looks like its is good shape, does it start or run?? First thing you do is make sure the engine and rad is full of water or coolant and that you have 2 stroke gas in the tank, 40 or 50 to one. I would take the air cleaner off, put a little gas down the carb, pull the rope fast a few times, see if it pops or starts, then you go from there, check if the spark plug is getting a spark, does the spark plug look wet after you try to start it with the choke, so you can see if your getting gas.
