As for the picture of the bike I would get some nice heavy sand paper (200 or so) and get that rust off then paint over it with something to prevent it coming back.

Just trouble shoot it man. These pocket bikes are a great tool for mankind to tinker with.

Could be the float is stuck, float forks are worn and need to be bent back to shape or the petcock is...

Cam2 pretty much summed it up.

I did:
bored-polished carb
petcock mod
bored out fuel lines/connections
polished cylinder wall
custom air filter

all in a day.

Got it working.. stupid float forks :D

I sat outside the other day for god knows how long tryings to get it to fire over. I bend the float forks to the right spot and it starts on the first pull....

Im more of a detailer then an auto body man tho. I have fixed my fair share of crap on panels but I started in the detail side of the biz.

And ill be ordering some back up chain from that place....

It helped a little. I think the float forks got messed up some how now that I look at them. But im looking for like a "blown up" picture of the entire carb like it would be in a manual.

I just scuffed it with 280 grit. The high heat paint sticks good. And I didnt take the rubber off the wheels, I just taped around it good.

Well I used high heat engine paint. So im sure when they tested the paint they made sure it would be ok.

But if you want to cool your bike better then just make it go faster so it gets more air ;)
