Well thank everyone for all the help they gave me on my first pocket bike restoration project. I got it up and running and it runs well lol. Got it up to 47mph today.

I just ordered a rocket key from pocketbike parts.com and I just went to install it and it just doesn't look right. It's smaller than the stock key and there is space in front of key when its on the shaft. See images below. There is also a picture of the stock and the rocket key size comparison...
