Can anyone here tell me how to mount the pipe on the 110cc x-18 Mid-bike?

I have the motor in but cant seem to get the exhaust routed properly.
I think that I may need to pull the motor and put the pipe in through the frame before installing the motor.

I received this bike as a box of parts so I have zero reference on it.

no it will fit in if its the right pipe, it should be two pieces
the J pipe should fit good to the head, with a gasket, for no leaks

Mine is one piece. Maybe the PO welded it t ogether and that's what giving me fits. Also where can I source a gasket for her?

seems like you got a bum pipe, the stock pipes are always two pieces
this is a pic of one of my old pipes, i had to use the stock J pipe and you can see where the clamp is, yours should be like that
That looks to be most of a 2-stroke pipe on a 4-stroke, That my dudes is what I would call CUSTOM!

sorta cam but at the time it was 'specificlly made to fit the x15'
so i was a dumazz and had to end up making it a 3 piece to route properly
the only downside was the pipe was only 20mm till the flare and couldnt keep up with it after the 27/23 head i had replaed with the 30/23.5
so for smaller builds, its a good choice still but bigger motors need freakin 27+mm pipes

okay that doesnt even look like my bike:

Here is a pic of my exhaust and frame.

Can you see the weld?

And the frame:

The pipe goes under the motor through the frame and out under the seat.

I think that Ill have to remove the motor to get the pipe in there in one piece.

So it is an X12?marcelo
I'm going to drop the motor out of the way, feed the pipe through and hook it up after the motor is mounted. PIA but what the hell, lets ride!
