hey guys.

i was replacing a gasket on my 110cc x7, there's a bolt that's been giving me trouble. the bolt does not go in, only if i force it in. which in this case i'm afraid of damaging something. any suggestions guys.

i have provided a pic, the bolt has been labeled as "a", ignore "b".

You need to releive the timing chain pressure to realign it.................I take off the timing gear..set the bolt then use a screwdriver to pull the gear forwards so it could be set on the camshaft boss..............

Cam2, isnt that a special bolt that holds the guide wheel in place?

If it is you need to make sure its going through the middle of the guide wheel.
