I put the explanation of the project bike under air cooled PB because the frame and wheels are off an air cooled bike. Here are the mock up photos.

looks like everything will fit prretty good, just some minor adjustments
I am cutting that eng mount off the frame and using it on the Razor Rocket elect. to gas bike, which needs a mount. Going to try to move the engine back more to get the Rad in front of the engine. The rear wheel will be back 8 3/4" more so there's plenty of room behind the engine. And, guess what the frame cross bar is in the way, lol, lol. My Oxy/Acyl tanks are full, ready to Go.

Have this bike under air and water cooled now. Maybe we should call it a Cagllari W/C Hybrid Bike. Cut up the frame today, got everything in the mock up mode, lol. That air saw and my air file are my Favorite Tools right now, lol. Have to flaten the rear tubing a hair to slide the 3/4 x 1 1/2" x .093" reactangle tubing. Too tired today.

i love it what a bike hha whats the engine pawer then?
I did some porting work on the cyld and the Squish is about .5mm or .020" from the head piece, so it should make 7 maybe 8 hp, if I were to guess. Still have a 19mm Dell Rep carb and it has a Banshee 19mm intake manifold with a C1 alum 14/14mm adapter. The Dell is a modded 16/15mm carb w/ the 2 tube holes enlarged a hair, lol. Once the bike is running will switch carbs. The engine sits so high I might make an under exhaust from the Cag exh I modded for over the engine.

Since the polini housing has a 7 tooth #25 chain pinion gear and an X7 rear wheel has a 420 chain gear I had to mod a 60 tooth Cag gear to fit the rim, it was so much fun, lol. I might add 2 more holes and bolts later, but think the 4 M6 bolts are enough, since my C1 only has 3 M5 bolts.

EPR i wont to ask you something about what you have done there as look at my pic of my two bkes the gp3 has a very small sprocket and the othere has a masive one like yours there^ now what would happen if i pute a cag sprocket with the same amount of teeth but its still bigger in size ? sorry to ask
That 60 tooth gear is a hp gear, a stock Cag is 6 or 7/68 teeth or more low end and less top speed. I have a 55 tooth on my Lucky 7 avatar bike cause it has enough power to pull it. My C1 came w/ 6/72, 12:1 ratio, way to low for me. I got 2 more clutch housing for it for $14 each a 7 and 8 tooth, and I got one of my extra Cag 68 tooth gears and put it on the rear of the C1 and ran an 8 tooth up front. I took one of my extra housings and put the 7 tooth 05T 8mm chain pinion and a new T8F chains to put on it next, when my China SS racing pipe shows up.
If you go more teeth total you will need a longer chain if you go down a few you have to take links off your chain. I use or make a chain that moves the rear wheel all the way back for a longer bike. The gears for a Cag and C1 are the same.
