Looks pretty cool ....

Whats that thing a Montgomery Ward or Craftsman model?

Pretty nice but very interesting and unusual mod using the BMX handlebars on a racing mower...I just hope the girl whos racing it doesn't hurt her wrists if its even able to pass a Top Class racer tech inspection..……….

Are you gonna make some stirrups for her feet?...

Whats the size of the engine in that thing???

I see a picture of a billet rod but cant understand why seeings the rest of the build doesn't dictate such a mod in a recing mower....

You better not hold back on the inside engine porn now or Ill never let you live it down dude....Especially get some pics of that sweet billet crank needed to run that rod or the balance of your engine will be waaaayyyy off it even fits between the counterweights on the stock crank.……

All classes require a billet flywheel too...……...

This is the starts to my build-up I started a couple years ago...…….......

Its got a 14.5hp fully balanced and blueprinted with a modified MaxTorque clutch with #35 chainsprocket attached to the engine shaft and a full ball bearing helical cut gears 90* box to a chaindrive setup to a racekart rear...…

Best part is theres no forward momentum being held back from belt slippage....One day Ill finish it but it runs and rides..Its made to race but built for something just blasting around on...Plans are to build a barstool dragracer too..

If I was to race it though it would fit in FX / Pro X class....That's basically the best racing class in mower racing..

Whats OMG class? , Whats the build specs of the mower for the class according to race handbook and where is the OMG mower class raced???

I got a couple more sitting around that's ready for the treatment too...….

Have fun...……...

I like The Mystery Machine...it's pretty cool.
Cam2...,...,...LOL! You've got some cool stuff, bro! That's an impressive looking picture of the mower with no body on it. Love it! Makes me want to ride it!

Thanks..You should see the 600cc Gixxer kart I built….....in the pic of the build-up I have the engine from the Gravely in it...…......

When I was doing clutch-up wheelies the engine threw a rod at the same time the rear popped seeings I had it going full rev without the governor......It was pretty hilarious...I've since gotten another 14.5 hp engine that's built and ready to be installed inside it...……..

Im too lazy to do that plus hang the stock Sheetmetal back on and deciding on whether to copy a full FX racing class racer so if I ever go to sell it its authentic or just do it my way and give the wheel base a lil stretch plus make the seating position with a longer lower stance with a wing on the back like the avatar pic also a lower dash cowl and steering wheel......LOL

Right on ! That probably was hilarious! I'd ride it just like it is, it's just pure BA looking!
With the mildly built and modded 12hp valve in-block engine and current gearing it hits a pretty respectable speed of 60mph.

I was thinking of coming up with a drifting mower racing class...

That would be absolutely crazy.........……..

Back before 2012/13 I used to get all sorts of build materials from the local scrap yards so my project ideas came fast and natural..…

After that time obtaining good build materials has become pretty difficult...

In the Gravely I plan on putting this 250cc twin cylinder Kawasaki engine from a 1993 Ninja and making that one a drag mower....It already has that type of frame...…..

Before I got that one I was gonna take this one apart....This one is an 08.

i was trying to upload a video of it running but it didnt work i will try a difrent video site tomaro here are a few more pictures the driver has all the place plaques i will have her send pics of them so i can post them here.

Scooby is a old craftsman mower our rulls say we have to keep the original frame but we can add reinforcements and modify how ever we want

we have to use lawn mower engine's and transmishon's but they can be modified in any way.

pump gas onley.

thats about it for rulls in OMG class.

the mower Cam2 has looks like a dirt oval racer (a bad *** dirt oval racer) we are drag racing.

here are some pics more to come.
