Haha. Its alot cheaper down here than up there. I had a chance to move up to NJ or NY. But it just cost way way to much to live there. To make it worth it i would have needed a $10 a hour pay raise.

It's pretty cheap in Ohio, I live in a 1500 square foot house for $105k

You can get the same size house for $10-30 grand on 2-3 acres in certain parts of Arizona,Nevada and Florida........

In what type of neighborhood? And move In ready? My house is on a street full of elderly/retired people, EVERYTHING in my house is brand new(at the time we moved in) except my water heater which was like 2 years old

Most are move-in ready but none are close to being brand new......My sister built a brand new 2900 sq ft house in Vegas for $140,000.00 with a huge inground swimming pool on 4 acres of property right off Golden Blvd near the strip..........

Taxes must be high!
