Hey guys, been lurking the forums for a while reading up and enjoying the pics of builds/projects. I have aquired a 2010 Honda Ruckus 50cc motor, CVT trans and wheels from a buddy whos upgraded his Ruckus. Now seeing as my 50cc motor and the tires are just about shot on my APC chopper, I was considering modifying the frame to accept the Ruckus engine n transmission. Any thoughts or suggestions on this before i go hack n weld on it? Thanks

Tack weld in your brackets in case tweaking is needed to get everything straight...............When you set the engine leave a good stretch look to enhance the cool factor...........

Looking forwards to seeing what you come up with..............

I got a new clone BMS 150cc road legal scooter, more than a year ago. I found a complete whole new 150cc engine w/ long CVT trans with rear axle ready for a 12" wheel, even came w/ carb, starter motor and solinod, $300 shipped. I got two 180cc kits w/ high compression piston, cyld & head, gaskets everything you need, plus got an hp cam and better oil pump. At GY6racing online, got SS valves and titanium springs, 32mm KoSo carb and 30mm intake manifold, and have a chrome hp exhaust w/ glass pack. All I need is a Kevlar drive belt, lol. If you have a 50cc, you can get a 100cc hp kit, that will double your horsepower or more.
